Brad Jones, owner of Green Forest Industries, brings a rare combination of hands-on craftsmanship, leadership, and deep industry expertise to the luxury architectural millwork market. With a career built around quality, precision, and an understanding of how materials come together, Brad brings a level of practical knowledge and personal involvement that sets Green Forest Industries apart.
Long before leading Green Forest Industries, Brad developed his foundation through a lifetime of working with tools, building, and solving problems in the field. His diverse career—including service as a firefighter and Marine Rescue Captain, fishing charter captain, and superintendent for one of the largest commercial roofing companies in the United States—shaped his ability to lead teams, manage demanding projects, and perform under pressure.
Today, Brad brings that same discipline and attention to detail to the world of luxury architectural millwork and premium wood products. Through decades of experience and an extensive network throughout the lumber, architectural, and building industries, he has developed a unique ability to source exceptional materials, understand complex project requirements, and connect clients with the craftsmanship and solutions necessary to execute at the highest level.
Brad works closely with architects, designers, builders, and building supply partners to help transform architectural vision into exceptional finished work. Whether the project calls for distinctive exterior cladding, custom architectural trim, premium decking, specialty timbers, or meticulously crafted millwork, his approach is centered on one principle: no detail is too small when the finished product is expected to be extraordinary.

Tony Cerully
General Manager
Tony Cerully’s career at Green Forest Industries is a true example of dedication, loyalty, and hard-earned experience. Starting with the company as a laborer, Tony worked his way through virtually every position at Green Forest Industries, learning the business from the ground up and gaining firsthand knowledge of every part of the operation.
Over the years, Tony took on increasing levels of responsibility, working in production, manufacturing, sales, customer service, and management before ultimately becoming General Manager. That experience gives him a perspective that few managers in the industry possess. He understands not only how the company operates from a management standpoint, but also what it takes to physically produce the products and deliver them to the customer.

Tony’s deep knowledge of architectural millwork and custom manufacturing has become one of his greatest strengths. Having worked directly with the equipment, materials, production processes, and customers throughout his career, he is able to understand challenges from every angle and find practical solutions that work.
What truly sets Tony apart, however, is his loyalty and commitment to the people around him. His many years with Green Forest Industries have allowed him to build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees. He understands that successful business is built on trust, reliability, and doing what you say you are going to do.
As General Manager, Tony continues to bring the same hands-on mentality and work ethic that he had when he first started as a laborer. His combination of industry knowledge, experience, leadership, and exceptional customer service has made him an integral part of Green Forest Industries and a trusted resource for the customers the company serves.

Grayson Frank
Assistant General Manager
Grayson Frank began his career in the United States Air Force, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork. His time in the Air Force taught him the importance of accountability and taking pride in the work he does—skills that continue to shape his career today.
After leaving the Air Force, Grayson connected with Brad Jones and began his career in the millwork industry at Green Forest Industries. Although relatively new to the industry, he has quickly grown into a versatile contributor across the company, gaining experience in operations, sales, quoting, production, customer relationships, and process improvement.
Grayson is involved in many aspects of the business, from developing quotes and pricing custom millwork to creating profile drawings and helping customers turn ideas into manufacturable products. He works closely with customers and suppliers to understand project requirements, develop solutions, and coordinate projects through production. His involvement in both the office and the shop has given him a growing understanding of how a project moves from an initial idea and quote to a finished product.

Since joining Green Forest Industries, Grayson has also built new relationships throughout the industry, helped pursue new business, and contributed to efforts focused on improving operations and growing the company. His willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and get involved wherever needed has allowed him to develop quickly in a complex industry.
Grayson brings a combination of military discipline, a strong work ethic, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to his role. While he is still early in his millwork career, he is excited about the opportunities ahead and remains focused on learning, building relationships, improving the business, and taking on new challenges as Green Forest Industries continues to grow.
